Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Stonegate Ivory Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on fare systems with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
