Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Foxglove Clear Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Anchorage, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on care plans with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
