Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Greenridge Wren Care Services supports families and individuals in Orlando with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support work on visit scheduling with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
