Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Northwind Sparrow Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Baltimore, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
