Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Cedar North Insurance Partners is an insurance company in Boston with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on patient education. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on policy renewals with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
