Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Ironwood Keystone Health runs clinics and patient services around Detroit, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 144 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on electronic records with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
