Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Ironwood Harbor Care Services is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on visit scheduling with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
