Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Northwind Glen Health Partners runs clinics and patient services around Nashville. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would join a large organisation of about 993 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on electronic records with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
