Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Stonegate Haven Early Learning is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on meal programmes with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
