Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

Fernwood Juniper Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on fare systems with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
