Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Meadow Medical and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. You would join a large organisation of about 722 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on training materials with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
