Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Keystone Transit Planning and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on survey data with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
