Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Stone Care Services and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on caregiver training with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
