Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Providence, RI)

Redstone Umber Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Providence working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on route schedules with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
