Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Pike Insurance and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Providence. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
