Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Philadelphia, PA)

Silverline Mill Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Philadelphia design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on survey data with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
