Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Bridge Care Services Group and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Support work on care plans with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
