Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Orlando, FL)

Cedar Summit Early Learning Holdings operates neighbourhood childcare around Orlando, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
