Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Omaha, NE)

Redstone West Care Services provides in-home and community support in Omaha, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on care plans with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
