Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Nova Timber Early Learning Group and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
