Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Oklahoma City, OK)

Westbrook Iron Medical designs and makes medical devices in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on production lots with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
