Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Oklahoma City, OK)

Cedar Wren Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Oklahoma City design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on accessibility audits with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
