Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Northwind Hollow Transit Planning and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Support work on survey data with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
