Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Nashville, TN)

Stonegate Keystone Transit Planning Group is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on ridership counts with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
