Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Medical and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on device records with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
