Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Memphis, TN)

Northwind Cross Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Memphis, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on patient scheduling with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
