Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Clear Transit Planning and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on fare systems with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
