Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Jackson, MS)

Foxglove Iron Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on customer complaints with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
