Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Jackson, MS)

Greenridge Vista Early Learning runs childcare centres in Jackson caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on classroom supplies with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
