Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Houston, TX)

Bright Stone Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Houston design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on route schedules with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
