Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Lumen Keystone Care Services and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
