Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Grand Rapids, MI)

Fernwood Ivory Health Group is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on patient education with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence.
