Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Fresno, CA)

Silverline Quarry Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on patient education for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 380 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Support work on fare systems with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with fare systems.
