Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Detroit, MI)

Summit Glen Hospitality is a hospitality company in Detroit with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on reviews and feedback with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
