Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Denver, CO)

Redstone Orchard Transit Planning Partners plans bus and rail service for cities around Denver. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on accessibility audits with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
