Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Denver, CO)

Fernwood Kestrel Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Denver. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on patient education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on classroom supplies with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
