Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Silverline Kestrel Insurance and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be patient education. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on premium billing with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
