Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Boise, ID)

Redstone Cobalt Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Boise, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our patient education. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on underwriting files with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
