Senior Registered Nurse - patient education (Atlanta, GA)

Stonegate Fox Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Atlanta. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on patient education. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on attendance records with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
