Senior Registered Nurse - occupational health (Rochester, NY)

Westbrook Cedar Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on occupational health. You would join a large organisation of about 652 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on patient education with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
