Senior Registered Nurse - occupational health (remote)

Northwind Thistle Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Des Moines. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on occupational health. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on classroom supplies with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
