Senior Registered Nurse - occupational health (remote)

Northwind Basin Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Savannah, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our occupational health. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on visit scheduling with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
