Senior Registered Nurse - occupational health (Providence, RI)

Cedar Fern Care Services provides in-home and community support in Providence. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on occupational health. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people based in Providence. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on visit scheduling with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
