Senior Registered Nurse - occupational health (Philadelphia, PA)

Northwind Care Services supports families and individuals in Philadelphia with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our occupational health. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on caregiver training with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
