Senior Registered Nurse - occupational health (Oklahoma City, OK)

Greenridge Fern Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on occupational health. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
