Senior Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Tulsa, OK)

Ironwood Drift Care Services provides in-home and community support in Tulsa, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our clinic nursing. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on caregiver training with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
