Senior Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Rochester, NY)

Bright Loom Insurance is an insurance company in Rochester with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our clinic nursing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on underwriting files with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
