Senior Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (remote)

Highbridge Meridian Health Partners provides primary and specialty care in Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our clinic nursing. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on referrals with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
