Senior Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (remote)

Bluepeak Sparrow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Jacksonville, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our clinic nursing. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on care plans with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
