What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on accessibility audits with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
